      探讨消除黑液气化气中甲硫醚成分的方法,以获得符合燃气涡轮机燃烧的标准燃气,在氢气气氛、高温和ZnO催化条件下进行消除甲硫醚模拟实验。模拟实验得到如下结果:在氢气气氛(如黑液气化气)、高温和ZnO催化条件下,甲硫醚能够转化成硫化氢,转化反应的活化温度在450~500℃范围内;反应温度、甲硫醚浓度、氢气体积分数和催化剂接触时间是影响反应的主要因素,当反应温度520~600℃、甲硫醚质量浓度47.06~200 mg/L、氢气体积分数10%~50%、与催化剂接触时间0.1~0.25 s时,甲硫醚转化率>96.0%,尾气含硫量<5.0 mg/L。
Abstract:
      The current investigation was carried out to find a method to remove dimethyl sulfide in the black liquor gasification gas for preparing the standard gas combusting in gas turbine. A simulating experiment to remove dimethyl sulfide was taken in the condition of hydrogen atmosphere, high temperature and with ZnO catalyst. Conclusions from the experiments were: Dimethyl sulfide can be converted into hydrogen sulfide in the condition of hydrogen atmosphere (such as black liquor gasification gas), high temperature and with ZnO catalyst, the reaction activation temperature was in range of 450-500℃; Reaction temperature, concentration of dimethyl sulfide, hydrogen concentration and catalyst contact time are the main factors affecting the converting reaction. In condition of temperature 520~600℃, 10%~50% (v%)of H2, 47.06~200 mg/L of CH3SCH3 and contact time 0.1~0.25 s, the conversion of CH3SCH3 is 96.0%~97.8%, and the sulfur in exhaust gas is less than 5.0mg/L.
