在高温高压下,用多元醇GR-4110G对木质素磺酸钙进行改性,制备木质素多元醇,探讨了反应条件对木质素多元醇性能的影响。结果表明,20份木质素磺酸钙与100份多元醇在160~170℃下反应2 h可得到羟值450~550 mg(KOH)/g、黏度500~1000 mPa·s的木质素多元醇;通过红外光谱分析发现,木质素磺酸钙在高温高压下可被活化并与多元醇通过醚化或酯化反应而形成木质素多元醇。 |
Abstract: |
The lignin based polyol was obtained through modification of calcium lignosulfonate with polyol in high temperature and high pressure, the reaction conditions were investigated. The results indicated that the content of hydroxyl and viscosity of product were 450~550 mg KOH/g and 500~1000 mPa·s, respectively, when the reaction took place at 170℃ for 2 hours with 20 parts calcium lignosulfonate and 100 parts polyol. In addition, the FT-IR showed that the etherification and esterification reactions existed between polyol and the activated calcium lignosulfonate which was generated at high temperature and high pressure. |
