      利用振动信号对机械设备进行状态监测和故障诊断方面的研究不断深入,其应用价值愈显重要,并迅速得到推广。文章就振动监测的起源、振动监测技术及其在机械故障诊断中应用的各个主要发展阶段进行了回顾、归纳和总结;在此基础上,阐述了振动监测与机械故障诊断技术在现代造纸机械中的应用及其研究概况,提出了造纸机械振动监测与故障诊断技术的发展趋势及研究方向。
Abstract:
      It has been becoming more and more important and popularized to use vibration signals for mechanical condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. The origin of vibration monitoring, technical milestones in each primary stage of development of vibration monitoring technology and its application in mechanical fault diagnosis were mainly reviewed and summarized. And based on those, the general situation of vibration monitoring and mechanical fault diagnosis technologies applied in papermaking machinery were presented. Development trends and research directions of vibration monitoring and mechanical fault diagnostic technology were discussed.
