      采用硫酸、六偏磷酸钠(SHMP)、DTPA对未漂硫酸盐苇浆进行氧脱木素前的预处理实验,研究了氧脱木素前预处理方法对苇浆灰分及金属离子的去除情况。结果表明,硫酸、DTPA和SHMP预处理都能有效去除苇浆中的灰分和过渡金属离子。DTPA螯合预处理对铁离子和铜离子的去除率分别为54.0%和67.3%;硫酸预处理去除锰离子、镁离子和钙离子的效率最高;SHMP对去除铁离子的选择性好,能有效保留酸不溶灰分和碱土金属离子,是氧脱木素前的最佳预处理剂。
Abstract:
      Kraft reed pulp was pretreated by H2SO4, SHMP, DTPA before oxygen delignification, the effects of various pretreatments on the removal of ash and several metal ions were analyzed. The results showed that three pretreatments mentioned above were remarkable to remove ash and transition metals in pulp sample, i.e. with chelating agent DTPA, the removal rates of Fe3+ and Cu2+ were 54.0% and 67.3% respectively, Mn2+, Mg2+, Ca2+ were removed efficiently with H2SO4 pretreatment, and Fe3+ was removed selectively by using SHMP and meanwhile, acid-insoluble ash and alkali metal ions were retained considerably, thus it could be the optimum pretreatment agent for oxygen delignification.
