      采用Minitab软件中的田口设计实验方法,研究了高固含量高岭土所构成分散体系的特性,分析了分散速度、分散剂和NaOH用量对分散性能的影响,同时研究了高固含量高岭土分散体系的回黏现象。研究结果表明,分散剂用量是影响高岭土分散效果的主要因素;当固含量74%、分散剂用量0.05%、NaOH用量0.01%、转速2500 r/min、分散时间15 min时,高岭土分散体系黏度最低,分散效果最佳。
Abstract:
      In this paper, properties of disperse system with high solid content of clay were studied through a Taguchi Design of Minitab method, the influence of disperse speed, dispersant and NaOH dosage were discussed, and the time of after-take phenomenon occurred with high solid concent was researched. The results showed that the amount of dispersant is the major factor to affect dispersing efficiency. A suitable condition to prepare the clay suspension can be considered as follows: solid content of 74%, the amount of dispersant 0.05%, and the amount of NaOH 0.01%. The dispersing was conducted at a speed of 2500 rpm for 15 min, and the acquired suspension showed the lowest viscosity and the best performance.
