中文摘要:
      钢制烘缸是由钢板卷制焊接而成的,具有安全及高热效的特点,但因内侧开有沟槽,在托辊线载荷作用下会发生变形,影响湿纸幅的干燥效果。为此要对钢制烘缸进行刚度设计计算。文章给出了光缸及加肋缸在托辊线载荷作用下的变形计算方法及刚度条件设定。
Abstract:
      Steel dryer of paper machine with the advantages of safety and high heat efficiency is manufactured by coiling and welding the steel plate, there are grooves on its inner side. The deformation caused by the linear load of the roll underneath will affect the drying effect of the wet web. So calculation for stiffness design is necessary. The shortcomings of calculation based on Mangeldorfs approximation formula was pointed out, and the calculation method of deformation of the dryer with and without the ribs under the linear load, together with the calculation method for stiffness design were presented.
