针对碱回收炉运行机理复杂,具有时变、时滞,非线性特性及很难建立精确数学模型等问题,将模糊-PI复合控制器运用到炉膛负压控制中,并利用遗传算法实时优化模糊规则和PI控制器参数。文中分析了引起炉膛负压变化的主要干扰因素,并据此设计了前馈-反馈控制系统。MATLAB仿真表明,该控制系统能较好地克服干扰、对象参数变化、对象结构变化等对炉膛负压的影响,维持了炉膛负压的稳定不变,提高了炉膛负压的控制速度、控制精度及系统的自适应能力。 |
Abstract: |
The recovery boiler has a complex operation mechanism and with the characteristics of time-varying, time-laying, nonlinear etc. It is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model. Fuzzy-PI dual-mode controller was applied to its negative pressure control. At the same time, the fuzzy rules and PI parameters were optimized by using genetic algorithm. The main interference factors of the negative pressure were analyzed and the feedforward-feedback control system was designed for it. MATLAB simulation showed that the control system could well overcome the impacts of interference, target parameter change, and object structural change on the negative pressure, it therefore could stabilize the negative pressure and increase the control speed, control accuracy and the adaptive ability. |
