采用内切纤维素酶对黏胶纤维级溶解浆进行处理,研究了酶处理对溶解浆反应性能、黏度、纤维形态、结晶度、孔隙尺寸及比表面积的影响,并利用扫描电子显微镜对处理前后的纤维表面进行观察。结果表明,纤维素酶处理能够显著改善黏胶纤维级溶解浆的反应性能,优化的处理工艺条件为酶用量0.08 IU/g绝干浆,处理时间15 min,处理温度55℃,pH值5.0,此条件下制得的溶解浆的Fock反应性能提高了27.6%,黏胶过滤值由最初的不通过变为顺利通过;黏度和纤维素分子质量略微下降,纤维形态基本不变,纤维表面孔隙尺寸和比表面积显著增大;纤维表面出现明显的纤维剥落和孔隙。 |
Abstract: |
The cellulase was used to treat the viscose-grade dissolving pulp. The effect of enzymatic treatment on the reactivity, viscosity, fiber morphology, degree of crystallinity, pore diameter and specific surface area of the pulp was investigated. The fiber surface morphology was also observed by scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the reactivity of dissolving pulp could be obviously improved by cellulase treatment. The optimized treatment process was as follows: enzyme dosage 0.08 IU/g o.d. pulp, treating time 15 min, temperature 55℃, and pH value of 5.0. Under the optimized conditions, the Fock reactivity was increased by 27.6%, and the viscose filtering perfor-mance was improved from no pass to successful pass. Compared with the control sample, enzymatic treatment led to the slight decline of viscosity of the pulp and molecular weight of cellulose, and the pore diameter and specific surface area of dissolving pulp fiber increased dramatically. The peeling phenomenon and pores on the fiber surface were also clearly observed, but the fiber morphology was basically unchanged. |
