      针对横幅定量控制系统是高维、大规模稀疏的非方关联矩阵,利用矩阵分块法及变换因子将其转化为低维耦合方阵,并设计了基于对象模型的伴随矩阵解耦器,将多变量控制问题转化为单回路群控制问题。以实验用稀释水水力式流浆箱为例进行定量计算及解耦器设计,有效地完成了稀释水阀开度调节,减小了纸张定量波动,为先进横幅定量控制系统设计提供理论参考。
Abstract:
      Based on the characteristics of multivariable, strong coupling in CD basis weight control system,multivariable decoupling control strategy for cross-direction basis weight of papermaking process was proposed in this paper.In view of the correlation matrix is high dimensional,non square matrix and large scale sparse matrix, block matrix method and model order reduction were applied in multivariable decoupling control strategy.Then a high dimensional multivariate decoupling control problem was transformed into a single loop group control problem. Mathematical modeling and derivation process in this paper provided a theoretical reference for the design of advanced CD control system.
