      采用N-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物(NMMO)为溶剂溶解竹纤维素,通过浸没沉淀(Loeb-Sourirajan,L-S)相转化法制备再生纤维素膜,探究不同含水量再生纤维素膜的结构特点及分离性能。结果表明,随着含水量的减少,再生纤维素膜内部的指状孔收缩,平均孔径减小,膜结构趋于均匀致密,从而提高再生纤维素膜的透光率、力学性能和对牛血清蛋白的截留性能;含水量为50%时,再生纤维素膜的透光率为92.8%,拉伸强度为1.46 MPa,膜通量为19.4 L/(m2·h),对牛血清蛋白的截留率为96.2%。
Abstract:
      Bamboo cellulose was dissolved by N-methylmorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) and regenerated cellulose membrane (RCM) was prepared by immersion precipitation inversion method (Loeb-Sourirajan (L-S) phase inversion method). The structure and properties of RCM with different water content were investigated. The results showed that the finger-like pores in the RCM shrank, the average pore size decreased and the membrane structure tended to be uniform and dense along with the decreasing of the water content. Thus, the transmittance, mechanical properties and the rejection rate of bovine serum protein were improved significantly. The transmittance of the RCM was 92.8%, tensile strength was 1.46 MPa, membrane flux was 19.4 L/(m2·h) and rejection rate of bovine serum protein was 96.2% when its water content was 50%.
