      以4,4-二氨基二苯乙烯-2,2-二磺酸(DSD酸)为母体、三聚氯氰为桥联剂,通过亲核取代反应将二乙醇胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺引入到DSD酸中,制得三嗪氨基二苯乙烯型荧光增白单体(FBs);再以FBs、丙烯酰胺、苯乙烯为聚合单体与淀粉接枝共聚,制得淀粉接枝共聚荧光乳液(FBs-St)并用于纸张表面施胶。结果表明,共聚乳液FBs-St具有良好的紫外吸收、荧光发射以及荧光稳定性。FBs-St表面施胶纸样的抗张强度、撕裂度及抗水性均有明显提高;FBs-St表面施胶纸样的初始白度比空白纸样高11.4% ISO,且经48 h的紫外光老化后,表面施胶纸样比空白纸样的白度高13.3% ISO,返黄值低0.96,表明FBs-St乳液不仅能够提高纸张的白度,还对纸张返黄有很好的抑制作用。
Abstract:
      In this study, a new type of trizainyl aminostilbene fluorescent brighteners (FBs) based on 4,4-diaminostilbene-2,2-disulfonic acid (DSD acid) was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution reaction with cyanuric chloride as the crosslinking agent, diethanolamine and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide as substituents. Then, using FBs, acrylamide, styrene as polymerization monomers and ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite as initiator to graft copolymerization with gelatinized starch to prepare starch graft copolymer fluorescent emulsion (FBs-St). The results showed that the FBs-St had good UV absorption, fluorescence emission and fluorescence stability. The tensile strength, tear strength and water resistance of FBs-St sized paper sample were improved obviously. The initial brightness of FBs-St sized paper sample was 11.4% ISO higher than that of the control sample, and after 48 h of UV irradiation, the brightness of sized paper was 13.3% ISO higher than that of the control sample, and the PC value decreased by 0.96. It showed that FBs-St emulsion could not only improve the brightness of paper, but also have a better effect on anti-ultraviolet aging than traditional fluorescent brighteners.
