淀粉作为一种天然可再生资源,具有来源丰富、绿色安全、可再生、可生物降解等特点,在功能膜材料领域日益受到关注,性能优异的淀粉基功能膜材料的相关研究已成为当前国内外研究的热点。文章介绍了淀粉的结构和性质,综述了pH指示淀粉基功能膜、抗菌性淀粉基功能膜、疏水性淀粉基功能膜、紫外线防护淀粉基功能膜、淀粉基增强功能膜和淀粉基胶囊壳功能膜的研究现状,并对淀粉基功能膜材料未来的发展方向进行了展望。 |
Abstract: |
Starch has been paid more and more attention in the field of functional membrane materials due to its rich source, green and safety, reproducibility, biodegradability and so on. The related research of starch-based functional membrane with excellent properties has become a hot spot at home and abroad. In this paper, the structure and properties of starch were introduced, and the research status of pH indicator starch functional membrane, antibacterial starch functional membrane, hydrophobic starch functional membrane, ultraviolet protection starch functional membrane, starch-based enhanced functional membrane, and starch-based capsule shell functional membrane were reviewed, and the future development of the starch-based functional membranes was also prospected. |
