      借鉴多边形管和瓦楞夹层管的设计思路,提出了纸蜂窝夹层管;通过轴向静态和轴向跌落冲击动态压缩实验,研究了正多边形纸蜂窝夹层管的缓冲吸能特性,分析了管方向、管横截面边数、管长比和跌落冲击能量对纸蜂窝夹层管缓冲吸能特性的影响。结果表明,在轴向静态压缩条件下,纸蜂窝夹层管的渐进屈曲变形模式明显,X向管的屈服强度比Y向管的高14.8%,而压溃强度比Y向管的低7.0%。随着管横截面边数的增加,纸蜂窝夹层管的行程利用率呈上升趋势,而比吸能、压缩力效率、比总体效率都呈下降趋势。在轴向跌落冲击载荷作用下,纸蜂窝夹层管也发生渐进屈曲变形,X向正四、正五、正六边形管的比吸能、比总体效率都优于Y向管,而行程利用率小于Y向管。随着管长比的增大或管横截面边数的增加,纸蜂窝夹层管的比吸能、行程利用率和比总体效率都呈明显下降趋势;随着跌落冲击能量的增大,比吸能、行程利用率和比总体效率总体呈上升趋势。
Abstract:
      Paper honeycomb sandwich tube was proposed referring to the design concepts of polygonal tube and corrugation sandwich tube. The effects of tube direction, cross-section edge number, length ratio, and drop impact energy on the cushioning energy absorbing characteristics of regular polygon paper honeycomb sandwich tubes were investigated by axial static and drop impact compression tests. The results showed that the progressive buckling deformation mode of the honeycomb sandwich tube was obvious under axial static compression loading. The yielding strength of the X-direction tubes was 14.8% higher than that of the Y-direction tubes, while the crushing strength was 7.0% lower. With the increase in tube cross-section edge number, the stroke efficiency of the tubes showed increasing trend, while the specific energy absorption, crush force efficiency, and specific total efficiency all showed decreasing trends. Under the axial drop impact, the paper honeycomb sandwich tubes also emerged progressive buckling deformation mode, the specific energy absorption, specific total efficiency of the X-direction tubes with the cross-section shapes of regular quadrilateral, pentagon and hexagon were higher than that of the Y-direction tubes, while the stroke efficiency was less. As the tube length ratio or cross-section edge number increased, the specific energy absorption, stroke efficiency, and specific total efficiency of the tubes decreased significantly; while they showed an increasing trend as the impact energy increased.
