以碱木质素为原料、不同表面活性剂溶液为溶剂,通过自组装法制备微/纳米木质素,初步探讨了在不同表面活性剂溶液条件下制备微/纳米木质素的最佳pH值、温度和木质素添加量。通过纳米粒度和Zeta电位测定仪、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对制得的微/纳米木质素进行表征。结果表明,采用十二烷基硫酸钠制备的微/纳米木质素平均粒径可达94.7 nm。将制得的微/纳米木质素添加到市售面霜中,利用紫外-可见分光光度计测定其吸光度与透过率发现,添加微/纳米木质素的面霜吸光度明显提高,透过率显著下降,具有良好的紫外线防护能力。 |
Abstract: |
Micro/nano lignin was prepared by self-assembly method using alkaline lignin as raw material and different surfactant solutions as solvents. The optimal pH value, temperature, and alkaline lignin addition for the preparation of micro/nano lignin under different surfactant solutions were preliminarily discussed. The micro/nano lignin was characterized by nano-particle size and Zeta potential analyzer, scanning electron microscope, and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the average particle size of micro/nano lignin prepared by dodecyl sulfate could reach to 94.7 nm. The absorbance and transmittance of the mixture of the prepared micro/nano lignin and commercial face cream were measured by using ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum, and it was found that the absorbance of the mixture significantly improved, while the transmittance reduced, indicating the mixture was of good ultraviolet protection capability. |
