纤维素纳米材料作为Pickering乳液的稳定剂,其以优异的稳定性、环境友好性且用量低等优点,吸引了广大研究人员的关注。文章综述了纤维素纳米材料在Pickering乳液中应用的机理及分类与应用,对纤维素基Pickering乳液的发展前景提出了建议,以期对今后更多层面的化妆品、食品、生物、医药、造纸等领域研究及应用提供参考。 |
Abstract: |
As the stabilizer of Pickering emulsion, cellulose nanomaterial has attracted attentions of researchers due to its excellent stability, environmental friendliness, and small usage amount. This article reviewed the application mechanism, classification, and application of cellulose nanomaterials in Pickering emulsions, and made suggestions for the development prospects of nanocellulose-based Pickering emulsions, so as to provide references and ideas for future research and application of which in the fields of cosmetics, food, biology, medicine, papermaking, etc. |
