      首先介绍了羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的性质,从纤维素羧甲基化反应机理出发,回顾了传统制备CMC方法,综述了近年来国内外关于纤维素羧甲基化反应和工艺的研究进展,并对不同制备工艺的优缺点进行比较;其次从原料的种类及结晶度、预处理方式、微波辅助、加料方式、溶剂体系选择、醚化剂选择、催化剂选择、工艺参数等方面对CMC制备工艺的影响因素进行总结;最后着重阐述了CMC在生物医学、制药、纺织、食品、造纸、水处理、石油工业、建筑、日用化学品等领域的应用进展。
Abstract:
      Firstly, the general properties of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) were introduced. Based on the mechanism of carboxymethy‍- lation, the traditional preparation methods of CMC and the research progress of cellulose carboxymethylation at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of different preparation methods were compared. Furthermore, the influencing factors of CMC preparation process were summarized, which included the types and cellulose crystallinity of raw material, pretreatment methods, microwave assistance, feeding approach, choice of solvent system, selection of etherifying agent and catalyst, and the process parameters. Eventually, the applications of CMC in biomedicine, pharmacy, textile, food, papermaking, water treatment, petroleum industry, construction, daily chemicals, and other fields were systematically elaborated.
