以溶解浆为原料,三氟乙酸(TFA)和二氯乙烷(DCE)为溶解体系,通过预添加聚环氧乙烯(PEO)增稠剂和Cu(Ac)2前驱体制得纺丝液,并利用静电纺丝预处理技术,成功制得负载有机金属框架物(MOF,即HKUST-1)的电纺纤维素复合膜(HKUST-1@CF),探讨了溶解浆种类、TFA/DCE体积比、PEO和Cu(Ac)2添加量等对HKUST-1@CF结构与性能的影响。结果表明,当选用阔叶木溶解浆为原料、TFA/DCE体积比为6∶4、纤维素/PEO/Cu(Ac)2质量比为10∶2∶3时,纤维素纺丝性能最佳;预添加PEO与Cu(Ac)2有助于MOF负载(最高负载量达16.1%),且HKUST-1@CF膜表现出优异的油水分离性(分离效率98%)及良好的抑菌性能(抑菌圈3.1 mm),其在膜分离及环境治理方面具有潜在应用价值。 |

A novel cellulose composite membrane, HKUST-1@CF loaded with metal-organic frame (MOF, i.e., HKUST-1), was prepared by electrospinning pretreatment using dissolving pulp as raw material and trifluoroacetic acid (TFA)/dichloroethane (DCE) as dissolving system. Polyethylene oxide (PEO) and copper acetate (Cu(Ac)2) were pre-added into the dissolving system as thickener and precursor, respectively, to fabricate spinning dope system. The effects of dissolving pulp type, TFA/DCE volume ratio, and PEO and Cu(Ac)2 dosages on the structure and properties of HKUST-1@CF were comprehensively investigated. The results showed that when hardwood dissolving pulp was used as raw material, the volume ratio of TFA/DCE was 6∶4 and the mass ratio of cellulose/PEO/Cu(Ac)2 was 10∶2∶3, cellulose had the best spinning performance. The pre-addition of PEO and Cu(Ac)2 contributed to the HKUST-1 load, up to 16.1%. The as-prepared composite membrane showed excellent oil-water separation with separation efficiency of 98% and good bacterial inhibition performance with inhibition circle of 3.1 mm, showing potential application value in membrane separation and environmental governance. |
