烟梗纤维是造纸法烟草薄片的主要原料,其结构中大量的细胞壁物质会影响打浆效果、成纸性能和卷烟品质。本文主要综述了物理法、化学法、物理-化学法和生物法等烟梗预处理技术的最新研究进展,以及预处理烟梗在造纸法烟草薄片中的应用。 |
Abstract: |
Tobacco stem fibers are the main raw material of reconstituted tobacco sheets by papermaking process. A large amount of cell wall substances within tobacco stem seriously affect the beating efficiency, tobacco sheet property, and cigarette quality. In this study, the most recent research progress of tobacco stem pretreatment technologies, including physical, chemical, physical-chemical, and biological methods, were mainly reviewed. Moreover, the applications of pretreated tobacco stem in reconstituted tobacco sheets by papermaking process were reviewed as well. |
