类玻璃高分子(vitrimer)具有独特的共价自适应网络(CAN)分子结构,vitrimer材料兼具传统热塑性高分子和热固性高分子的特性。然而目前vitrimer材料的合成大多基于石油基原料,且其在力学性能、热稳定性和溶剂耐受性等方面与传统热固性高分子相比仍存在一定差距。木质素是一种具有刚性结构的生物基天然资源,在vitrimer材料的设计和构筑中引入木质素组分,不仅可以改善现有vitrimer材料性能,而且可以为新型vitrimer材料的开发提供有效的途径。本文介绍了近年来利用木质素制备的vitrimer材料,包括木质素基环氧vitrimer和木质素基聚氨酯vitrimer(异氰酸酯型和非异氰酸酯型),以及其他木质素基vitrimer材料的研究进展。 |
Abstract: |
Vitrimer materials possess an unique molecular structure of covalent adaptive network (CAN), which allows the materials to exhibit properties of both traditional thermoplastic and thermoset polymers. However, the synthesis of vitrimer materials primarily relies on petroleum-based raw materials, and there is still room for improvement in terms of mechanical properties, thermal stability, and solvent tolerance compared to traditional thermosetting polymers. Lignin as a bio-based natural resource with a rigid structure, which offers great potential for enhancing the performance of existing vitrimer materials and developing new ones. In this review, the recent research progress in utilizing lignin for the preparation of vitrimer materials was introduced, particularly focusing on lignin-based epoxy vitrimer and lignin-based polyurethane vitrimer (including isocyanate and non-isocyanate). Additionally, advancements in the other lignin-based vitrimer materials were summarized. |
