木质素磺酸盐具有良好的水溶性、高电负性及高表面活性等特性,被广泛应用于多个工业领域,是实现工业化应用的木质素基化学品之一。本文综述了木质素的磺化方法及木质素磺酸盐的分离纯化方法,进一步介绍其在染料分散剂方面的应用,提出了当前在木质素磺酸盐研究中存在的问题,并对其研究方向和工业应用前景进行展望,以期为木质素磺酸盐产品的高值化利用提供参考借鉴。 |
Abstract: |
Lignosulfonate exhibits excellent water solubility, high electronegativity and surface activity, can be widely used in many industrial fields, which is one of the lignin-based chemicals that have been realized industrial application. The production process, separation, and purification of lignosulfonate were summarized in this paper, as well as its application in dye dispersants. Current problems in the research of lignosulfonates were presented, and the research directions and prospects for industrial applications were outlined to provide a reference for the high value utilization of lignosulfonate products. |
