      具有酚羟基、醇羟基、羧基等极性基团的木质素,因具有较高的络合性,能够被用于提高植物对土壤中养分的利用效率,改良土壤团粒结构,提高土壤酶活;同时,木质素能够通过离子交换及络合作用,吸附去除土壤中的污染物,引发微生物对有机污染物的降解,从而起到修复污染土壤的作用。本文综述了木质素在土壤改良和修复方面的作用原理,介绍了木质素作为土壤改良剂、固沙剂和污染物吸附剂的应用效果。最后,对木质素在此领域的研究和应用进展进行了总结,并对其未来发展提出了相应的建议。
Abstract:
      Lignin with polar groups such as phenolic hydroxyl, alcoholic hydroxyl, and carboxyl groups can be used to improve the efficiency of plant nutrient utilization in soil due to its high complexing properties. It also can improve soil agglomerate structure, and increase soil enzyme activity. Besides, lignin can adsorb and remove pollutants in soil through ion exchange and complexation interactions, and induce microbial degradation of organic pollutants, thus playing a role in remediation of contaminated soil. The principle of lignin in soil improvement and remediation were summarized in this paper, and the application effect of lignin as soil conditioner, sand fixer and pollutant adsorbent were described. Finally, the progress of research and application of lignin in this field was summarized, and corresponding suggestions were proposed for its future development.
