      本研究选取了6类外源纤维,根据其纤维特点,采用不同方式进行打浆,分析评价了分类打浆对外源纤维特性、制备的基片松厚度、烟草薄片的热水可溶物含量和其他理化性能,以及卷烟烟支感官质量的影响,筛选出匹配度最佳的外源纤维。结果表明,采用分类打浆方法制备的基片平整,松厚度和匀度较好,两面差较小,表面几乎看不到较大的颗粒,有利于涂布液在基片表面的均匀分布及Z向均匀渗透;添加打浆度43 °SR的马尼拉麻浆作为外源纤维,制得优化后基片形成了较多小孔隙,有利于促进后续涂布液的均匀渗透和保留;优化后烟草薄片厚度上升更明显,接近基片厚度的2倍,其截面孔隙疏松程度较基片显著提升。
Abstract:
      This study selected six types of external fibers and implemented differentiated beating processes according to their fiber characteristics. The impacts of classified beating on fiber properties, hot water-soluble content and physicochemical properties of reconstituted tobacco sheets, as well as sensory quality of cigar were systematically evaluated to identify the optimum external fiber type. The results demonstrated that the reconstituted tobacco base sheets prepared through classified beating exhibited superior flatness, improved bulk and formation uniformity with reduced two-sided variation. The surfaces showed minimal visible large particles, facilitating uniform distribution and vertical penetration of coating solutions. The optimized base sheets incorporating Manila hemp pulp with beating degree of 43 °SR as external fibers developed a refined pore structure characterized by increased quantity and reduced pore size, enhancing both permeability and retention uniformity of coating solutions. Post-optimization characterization showed that the reconstituted tobacco sheets displayed a notable thickness increase approaching double that of base sheets, accompanied by significantly enhanced cross-sectional porosity.
