纸基材料的无序孔隙结构和亲水性,导致其具有较高的气体渗透性,限制了其在食品包装领域中的广泛应用。纤维素凭借优异的成膜性、出色的生物相容性和良好的强度性能,在阻隔材料领域表现出高值化应用潜力。本文概述了纤维素及其衍生物(纳米纤维素、改性纤维素和再生纤维素)的制备工艺及理化性质,深入分析了其用作纸基食品包装材料涂料时的阻隔机理及当前存在的问题,重点总结了化学改性纤维素涂布、纤维素/纳米填料复合材料涂布、纸基材料结构、涂层结构和涂布方式等因素,对纤维素涂层阻隔性能的影响,并提出纤维素涂布纸基食品包装材料的未来研究方向及发展趋势。 |
Abstract: |
The disordered pore structure and hydrophilicity of paper-based materials result in high gas permeability, limiting their widespread application in the food packaging industry. Cellulose with the excellent film-forming properties, outstanding biocompatibility, and good strength performance, demonstrate high-value application potential in the field of barrier materials. This paper reviewed the preparation processes and physicochemical properties of cellulose and its derivatives (nanocellulose, modified cellulose, and regenerated cellulose), and conducted an in-depth analysis of their barrier mechanisms and current issues when used as coatings for paper-based food packaging materials. It focused on the influence of factors such as chemically modified cellulose coating, cellulose/nano-filler composite coating, paper-based material structure, coating structure, and coating methods on the barrier performance of cellulose coatings, and proposed future research directions and development trends for cellulose-coated paper-based food packaging materials. |
