      通过调节单一α-淀粉酶和α/β-复合淀粉酶配比、用量及酶水解温度,制备可应用于瓦楞原纸表面施胶的生物酶水解玉米淀粉施胶剂(EH淀粉胶),并通过测定其黏度,结合瓦楞纸的抗张强度、环压强度、挂胶量等性能,分析EH淀粉胶在提高瓦楞纸强度方面的可行性。结果表明,相较于单一α-淀粉酶,α/β-复合淀粉酶制得的EH淀粉胶对瓦楞纸强度性能的增强效果更明显。α/β-复合淀粉酶的协同作用可较好控制淀粉的酶水解速率,得到黏度适用于表面施胶的EH淀粉胶。在温度60 ℃,α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶用量分别为90 mL/t、30 mL/t的酶水解工艺参数下,制得瓦楞纸的抗张强度及环压强度分别为8.94 kN/m和2.31 N/mm,相比瓦楞原纸分别提高了20.7%和31.8%。
Abstract:
      The enzyme hydrolyzed corn starch glue (EH starch glue) applied to the surface sizing of corrugated base paper, was prepared by adjusting the dosage ratio and addictive amount of single α-amylase and α/β-compound amylase, as well as the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature. By measuring the viscosity and combining with the performance indexes of sized paper such as tensile strength, ring compression strength and attached adhesion amount, to analyze the feasibility of the bio-enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch sizing agent in improving sized paper strength. The results showed that the α/β- compound amylase hydrolysis process had a more obvious improvement effect for the EH starch glue to enhance the paper strength performance than single α-amylase. The synergistic effect of α/β-compound amylase could better control the enzymatic hydrolysis rate of starch and obtain EH starch glue with viscosity suitable for surface sizing. Under the enzyme hydrolysis process parameters that enzyme hydrolysis temperature was 60 ℃, α-amylase and β-amylase dosage was 90 mL/t and 30 mL/t, respectively, the tensile and ring compression strength properties of the sized paper by EH starch glue were 8.94 kN/m and 2.31 N/mm, which were 20.7 % and 31.8 % higher than that of corrugated base paper, respectively.
