| 碳量子点(carbon quantum dots, CQDs)作为一类粒径小于10 nm的荧光碳基纳米材料,凭借其量子尺寸效应、表面功能可调性及优异的生物相容性,在化学传感、生物成像及光催化等领域展现出应用潜力。CQDs可由多种碳源以不同方法制备,其中,生物质衍生碳量子点(biomass-derived CQDs, B-CDs)因其绿色合成路径、可再生原料优势及独特的发光特性,成为纳米材料领域的研究焦点。本文综述了B-CDs的合成策略、碳核-表面态协同调控机制、功能化改性技术(掺杂/表面修饰)及其在多领域的应用创新,旨在为B-CDs的精准设计与产业化应用提供理论参考。 |
| Abstract: |
| As a class of fluorescent carbon-based nanomaterial with dimensions less than 10 nm, carbon quantum dots (CQDs), with their quantum size effect, tunable surface functionality, and excellent biocompatibility, have demonstrated a potential for applications in the fields of chemical sensing, bioimaging, and photocatalysis. CQDs can be prepared from various carbon sources using different methods. Among them, biomass-derived CQDs (B-CDs) have become the focus of research in the field of nanomaterial due to their green synthesis pathway, renewable raw material advantage, and unique luminescent properties. This review summarized the synthesis strategy, carbon core-surface state synergistic regulation mechanism, functionalization modification technologies (doping/surface modification), and its innovation for multi-disciplinary applications, aiming to provide theoretical references for the precise design and industrial application of B-CDs. |
