| 本研究探究了淀粉施胶瓦楞纸的强度性能与淀粉酶酶解所得淀粉胶液的黏度、黏均分子质量、支链淀粉含量间的关联机制,确定了最适合提高淀粉施胶瓦楞纸强度性能的淀粉胶液参数,为造纸厂快速酶解并达到施胶剂使用要求提供指导。结果表明,在保温温度78 ℃、α-淀粉酶用量0.10~2.00 U/g(50~1 000 mL/t)的条件下酶解所得玉米淀粉胶液,其黏均分子质量、支链淀粉含量、黏度分别为2×104~4.3×105 g/mol、56%~77%、3.35~138.26 mPa·s,能使单施胶纸张的强度性能(抗张强度、环压强度)相对瓦楞原纸提高15%以上;为适应造纸厂连续施胶工业,需进一步缩小淀粉胶液的黏均分子质量、支链淀粉含量、黏度的范围,分别为1.3×105~2.7×105 g/mol、63%~76%、10~30 mPa·s。同时,酶解时间对淀粉胶液参数与淀粉施胶瓦楞纸增强的关联性研究表明,在α-淀粉酶用量0.24 U/g(120 mL/t)、酶解时间10 min的条件下,淀粉胶液对淀粉施胶瓦楞纸增强效果最佳,单施胶纸张抗张强度和环压强度分别比瓦楞原纸提升21.2%和26.4%,淀粉胶液的黏度、支链淀粉含量及黏均分子质量均符合推论区间。 |
| Abstract: |
| The purpose of this study was to find out the correlation mechanism between the strength properties of paper made of cellulose-based OCC secondary fibers and the viscosity, average molecular weight, and amylopectin content of starch glue obtained by amylase enzymatic hydrolysis. It was determined the most suitable range of starch glue parameters to improve the strength properties of paper, so as to provide guidance for paper mills to achieve rapid enzymatic hydrolysis and meet sizing agent requirements. The results showed that the corn starch glue solution obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis at a holding temperature of 78 ℃ and α-amylase dosage of 0.10~2.00 U/g (50~1 000 mL/t) could increase the strength properties (tensile strength and ring-crush-resistance) of the single-sized paper by over 15% compared to the base paper, and the average molecular weight, amylopectin content, and viscosity of starch glue were 2×104~4.3×105 g/mol, 56%~77%, and 3.35~138.26 mPa·s, respectively. In order to be suitable for continuous sizing in paper mills, the range of viscous average molecular weight, amylopectin content, and viscosity of starch glue solution should be further reduced, which were 1.3×105~2.7×105 g/mol, 63%~76%, and 10~30 mPa·s, respectively. At the same time, the correlation between enzymatic hydrolysis time and starch glue parameters and paper strength enhancement showed that under conditions of α-amylase dosage 0.24 U/g (120 mL/t) and hydrolysis time of 10 min, the starch glue solution exhibited optimal paper strength enhancement effects, with tensile strength and ring-crush-resistance of paper increasing by 21.2% and 26.4% respectively compared to the corrugated base paper. The viscosity, amylopectin content, and viscous average molecular weight of starch glue were all in line with the inference interval. |
