      本研究针对不同雾化剂添加量和纤维含量的稠浆法烟草薄片,分析了其弹性模量、断裂强度、表面黏附特性、摩擦学特性等体相力学特性及表面力学特性,并与烟草薄片成品进行对比,探讨了水分、甘油、丙二醇等主要成分对其微观结构和物理特性的影响。结果表明,雾化剂添加量越高,烟草薄片的平衡含水率越高,结构均匀性越好,表面黏附力增加,其横向和纵向的断裂强度则均有降低;纤维含量越高,其孔隙越大,表面粗糙度越高,横向和纵向的断裂强度和动摩擦系数也显著增大,断裂和剪切强度与纤维含量和排列方向呈正相关,表面黏附特性主要与甘油含量有关(灰色关联度为0.88),而表面粗糙程度较高的烟草薄片动摩擦系数较大。
Abstract:
      The elasticity, fracture strength, surface adhesive property, tribological property of reconstituted tobacco sheets with different atomizer additive amounts and fiber contents processed by thick slurry process were analyzed, and compared with end product samples in this research. The effects of water, glycerol, and propylene glycol of the reconstituted tobacco sheets on their microstructure and physical properties were explored. The results indicated that an increased additive amount of atomizer led to higher equilibrium moisture content of the reconstituted tobacco sheets, enhancing structural uniformity, which in turn resulted in increased surface adhesion and reduced tensile and shear strength in both transverse and longitudinal directions. A higher fiber content within the reconstituted tobacco sheets resulted in greater porosity and increased roughness, significantly augmenting the tensile and shear strength as well as the dynamic coefficient of friction in both directions. The tensile and shear fracture strength were positively correlated with fiber content and arrangement direction. The surface adhesive property were mainly related to the glycerol content, with the grey correlation degree around 0.88. The reconstituted tobacco sheets with higher surface roughness had higher dynamic friction coefficients.
