| 本研究系统测量了藤构、构树、楮树3种构属植物韧皮纤维的基本形态、表面形貌、微纤丝角等形态及结构特征,比较分析了三者在纤维形态及结构上的共性与差异。结果表明,3种构属植物韧皮纤维在纤维形态及结构方面具有较高的相似性。在基本形态上,3种构属植物韧皮纤维整体细长,长宽比均>180,其中楮树韧皮纤维的长宽比最大,为265;在表面形貌上,3种构属植物韧皮纤维的细胞壁厚和壁腔比均较大,纤维表面存在明显的纵向波纹形褶皱和横节纹;同时,3种构属植物韧皮纤维的平均微纤丝角均较小,分别为7.14°、7.66°和7.32°,而藤构韧皮纤维的密度和结晶度指数较构树及楮树韧皮纤维略高。 |
| Abstract: |
| This study systematically measured the morphological and structural characteristics of three Broussonetia (Broussonetia kaempferi Siebold, Broussonetia papyrifera, Broussonetia kazinoki) phloem fibers, including basic morphology, surface features, and microfibril angle,and comparatively analyzed the commonalities and differences in fiber morphology and structure among these three species. The results showed that the three Broussonetia phloem fibers exhibited high similarity in fiber morphology and structure. In terms of basic morphology, the three Broussonetia phloem fibers were generally slender, with aspect ratio exceeding 180. Among them, the aspect ratio of the fibers of Broussonetia kazinoki was the largest of 265. In terms of surface morphology, the cell wall thickness and wall-to-lumen ratio of the three Broussonetia phloem fibers were relatively large, and there were obvious longitudinal wavy folds and transverse grooves on the fiber surface. Besides, the average microfibril angles of the three Broussonetia phloem fibers were relatively small, at 7.14°, 7.66°, and 7.32°, respectively. However, the density and crystallinity index of the phloem fibers of the Broussonetia kaempferi Siebold were slightly higher than those of the phloem fibers of the Broussonetia papyrifera and Broussonetia kazinoki. |
