      本研究基于传统手工纸常用的拖染施胶工艺,利用中性施胶剂烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)对宣纸进行单一施胶,探讨AKD用量对宣纸理化性能的影响。结果表明,施胶前后宣纸的D65亮度均在73%~74%之间,颜色变化低于人眼可识别范围;AKD施胶令宣纸的累计孔体积缩小,疏水性显著增强;在干燥状态下,AKD对施胶宣纸力学性能的提升效果有限,与生宣纸相比,抗张指数仅提升了1.2%~7.2%,但在浸湿状态下,AKD维持了施胶宣纸的湿强度;不同AKD用量下,施胶宣纸的碱储量和表面pH始终稳定在弱碱性范围,具备一定的抗酸化、耐老化能力;当AKD用量(AKD施胶剂体积分数)不超过0.6%时,施胶宣纸的热稳定性和耐久性得到积极改善。
Abstract:
      In this study, based on drag-dye sizing process commonly used for traditional handmade paper, and using the neutral sizing agent alkyl ketene dimer (AKD) for single sizing of Xuan paper, the effects of AKD dosage on the physicochemical properties of Xuan paper were investigated. The results showed that the D65 brightness of Xuan paper remained 73%~74% before and after sizing, and color changes fell below the range detectable by the human eye. The AKD sizing reduced the cumulative pore volume and significantly enhanced the hydrophobicity of Xuan paper. In the dry state, the AKD sizing had a limited effect on enhancing the mechanical properties of sized Xuan paper, with tensile index improvements ranging from 1.2% to 7.2% compared to untreated Xuan paper. However, in the wet state, the AKD sizing maintained the wet tensile strength of sized Xuan paper. At different AKD dosages, the alkaline reserve and surface pH of sized Xuan paper consistently remained stable, in the weak alkaline range, demonstrating certain acid resistance and aging resistance capabilities. When the AKD dosage (AKD sizing agent fraction) did not exceed 0.6%, the thermal stability and durability of the sized Xuan paper were positively enhanced.
