      本研究针对eTAD型卫生纸机结构特点,构建其能量系统机理模型,用于描述能量传递及关键工艺参数与能耗的内在联系,并采用连续运行数据对模型可靠性进行验证。结果表明,真空辊风机耗电量、扬克烘缸前湿纸幅含水量、天然气流量及扬克烘缸干燥速率的平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)分别为1.80%、4.18%、6.62%、2.81%;经校正后,小烘缸与扬克烘缸蒸汽流量预测值的MAPE均在3%以内,表明模型具有一定可靠性,可为能耗调控与工艺优化提供参考。
Abstract:
      Based on the structural characteristics of the eTAD tissue machine, this study established a mechanism model for its energy system to describe the energy transfer process and the internal relationship between key process parameters and energy consumption, and verified the reliability of the model using continuous operation data. The results showed that the mean absolute percentage errors (MAPE) of the vacuum roll fan power consumption, wet paper web moisture content before the Yankee cylinder, natural gas flow rate, and Yankee cylinder drying rate were 1.80%, 4.18%, 6.62%, and 2.81%, respectively. After correction, the MAPE values of the predicted steam flow rates for both the small dryer and the Yankee cylinder were within 3%. The model had certain reliability and could provide a reference for energy consumption regulation and process optimization.
