杨木APMP制浆中的浸渍吸收性能

摘    要:以杨木为原料,研究了碱性过氧化氢机械法制浆(APMP)的关键制浆工艺。采用中国制浆造纸工业研究所自制的挤碾机,重点研究了影响木片挤碾浸渍吸收性能的因素,及其对碱性过氧化氢化学预处理、成浆性能的影响。制得了白度、强度性能优良的纸浆。

Abstract:The paper is concerned with alkali peroxide mechanical pulping (APMP) of aspen. After treated in a impressafiner, aspen chip can be readily impregnated with sodium hydroxide/hydrogen peroxide.The chemical absorption was found to increase almost proportionally with chemical concentration, impregnation time, and ratio of sodium hydroxide to hydrogen peroxide. The brightness and strength properties of the pulp depend highly on the amounts of peroxide and sodium hydroxide applied.
