漆酶/介体体系漂白纸浆的自由基反应机理

摘    要:采用含漆酶/介体体系(LMS)漂段的TCF漂序,在H2O2用量为2%的情况下,将蔗渣硫酸盐浆漂到80.7%ISO的白度。利用电子自旋共振谱(ESR)研究了蔗渣硫酸盐浆在漆酶/介体体系中产生自由基的情况,并与蔗渣硫酸盐浆在漆酶中产生自由基的情况以及仅有漆酶和介体而没有纸浆时产生自由基的情况对比,从而了解漆酶/介体体系漂白纸浆的自由基反应机理。

Abstract:Using TCF bleaching sequence including laccase/mediator system (LMS), bagasse kraft pulp was bleached to a brightness of 80.7%ISO at 2% dosage of H 2O 2. Radicals in the LMS treated pulp, laccase treated pulp and in the reaction liquor were determined respectively by ESR spectroscopy. It was found that there were 2 main radicals formed during LMS and laccase treatment: phenoxy radical and peroxide radical. The amounts of these radicals generated in pulp during LMS and laccase treatment and in the reaction liquor were compared.
