有机溶剂抽出物对麦草化机浆白度及可漂性的影响

摘    要:从工艺和机理两方面详细研究了有机溶剂抽出物对麦草磺化化机浆白度及可漂性的影响。研究结果表明,经过一定的化学处理后,麦草有机溶剂抽出物溶出达60%左右,由于残余抽出物中仍含有较多的弱酸性物质及部分酚类、多酚类物质,对纸浆白度有1度左右的影响;由于有机溶剂抽出物中的酚类、多酚类物质及强酸性物质大量溶出,残余有机溶剂抽出物对麦草化机浆的可漂性没有影响,可以认为,麦草有机溶剂抽出物不是构成麦草磺化化机浆难漂的原因。

Abstract:The effect of organic extractive content in wheat straw chemi-mechanical pulp (CMP) on brightness and bleaching performance is being studied. It has been found that under specific soldium-sulfite pretreatment, the dissolutin of organic extactives reaches about 60%,as colouring matters are still present in the remaining organic extractable portion, it would bring about around one degree lowering in pulp brightness. However during the pretreatment, even though only 60% or so of the organic extractives are being removed, yet most of the strong acids (tabout 70% )as well as phenolic and polyphenloic compounds (about 80%)are being dissolved out, therefore the residual organic extractives have no effects on the bleaching performance of wheat straw chemi-mechanical pulp (CMP). Organic extractives in this case are by no means of any hinderance to the bleaching performance of wheat straw chem-imechanical pulp.
