麦草NaOH-AQ浆氧脱木素特性的研究

摘    要:麦草浆氧脱木素可分为两阶段,即快速脱木素阶段和缓慢脱木素阶段,麦草浆与木浆相比具有不同的氧脱木素特性。主要表现在:麦草浆氧脱木素的选择性好,木素脱除率高,可实现深度氧脱木素;纤维素降解少,纸浆粘度高,可不加纤维素保护剂,纸浆无强度损失等。

Abstract:Oxygen delignification of wheat straw pulp occurred in two phases, the rapid delignification phase and slow delignification phase. Experimental results showed that the wheat straw pulp and wood pulp were different in delignification characteristics. As compared with wood pulp, oxygen delignification of the wheat straw pulp had good selectivity with high delignification rate (extended delignification could be implemented), low cellulose depolymerization with high level of pulp viscosity and fairly high strength properties without adding any cellulose inhibitors.
