近红外光谱技术在造纸工业中的应用

摘    要:本文就近红外光谱(NIR)的发展概况及其测定工作原理、技术特点,特别是在造纸工业中的应用如:近红外光谱技术对废纸脱墨效率的评价,蒸煮过程中纸浆卡伯值的NIR法在线测量,近红外漫反射光谱法测定纸浆卡伯值,测定纸浆中木素含量的方法,检测纸页涂料中的水分含量等作了较为详细的论述。

Application of Near-Infrared Spectroscopy in Pulp and Paper Industry
Abstract:Recently near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) technol ogy is developed rapidly. It is more and more attractive in the fields of analysis and on-line measurement of industry. The historical progresses, characteristics and application principle of near infrared spectroscopy are presented briefly, i ts application in pulp and paper industry is especially presented in detail. The application such as evaluation of waste paper deinking efficiency, on-line mea s urement of kappa number during pulping, determination of kappa number of the pul p, determination of lignin content of the pulp and moisture content of the coati ng are introduced as examples.
