Abstract:
      The lignin based polyol was obtained through modification of calcium lignosulfonate with polyol in high temperature and high pressure, the reaction conditions were investigated. The results indicated that the content of hydroxyl and viscosity of product were 450~550 mg KOH/g and 500~1000 mPa·s, respectively, when the reaction took place at 170℃ for 2 hours with 20 parts calcium lignosulfonate and 100 parts polyol. In addition, the FT-IR showed that the etherification and esterification reactions existed between polyol and the activated calcium lignosulfonate which was generated at high temperature and high pressure.
