Abstract: |
The bamboo pulp after oxygen delignification was bleached using sequences of D0EPD1 in this paper. The effect of the factors including kappa factor, initial pH value, bleaching temperature, bleaching time and formaldehyde dosage in D0 on the brightness in D0 stage were discussed. The results showed that addition of 0.6% formaldehyde in D0 stage can increase the pulp final brightness or can save the amount of chlorine dioxide at certain target brightness, therefore can reduce AOX load of the effluent and reduce bleaching cost. |
