Abstract: |
Properties of two kinds of bamboo pulps using Neosinocalamus affinis as new material and obtained by alkali-preimpregnation and non-preimpregnation kraft pulping were compared in order to improve the cellulose property of dissolving bamboo pulp and its antibacterial property. The optimum cooking conditions of alkali-preimpregnation kraft pulping were also determined as preimpregnation with 10% NaOH and 1.75% DHQ for 30 min; alkali charge in the following cooking was 20% alkali dosage and sulfidity 18%. Compared with non-preimpregnation kraft pulping, the content of α-celluloses of the pulp produced by the low temperature alkali-preimpregnation kraft pulping increased and reached 91% or higher, which could satisfy the demand of dissolving pulp and had better antibacterial. |
