Abstract:
The lignin from black liquor was modified through Mannich reaction to synthesize a kind of cationic surfactant-lignin amine. The modified degree of lignin was determined by nitrogen content. The effect of ultrasound on aminating modification of lignin was studied. The viscosity and surface tension were measured to determine the physical performance of the modified samples, and the product structure was charactered by infrared spectrum and TG. The results showed that ultrasonic treatment is of benefit to improve the reactivity of lignin ,and increase the modification rate of lignin. Modification effect of lignin by the ultrasonic treatment is improved after alkaline activating .The modified sample has higher surfactivity obviously.
