The major part of chromogenic lignin derivatives in pulping and papermaking wasterwater is difficult to be decolored, its color and COD are also high. Therefore, the effluent from secondary treatment must be advanced treated for further reducing the color and COD, improving effluent quality, to meet the requirement of the newest “discharge regulation of water pollutants for pulp and paper industry” (GB3544—2008). The new technology and its application for papermaking wastewater advanced treatment were introduced at home and abroad, the development and application of magnetic pre-treatment, the enzymatic advanced treatment, biological genetic engineering technique, biomimetic-coagulating technology, photochemical catalytic oxidation and combined process in particular. |
