Abstract: |
Analysis of fiber morphology in two tissue paper production systems with using virgin fiber and recycled fiber as raw material was carried out, the fibrous morphology differences between the two production systems were investigated. The results showed that, the recycled fiber no matter in pulp or in paper product have ink dirty mark, high Rfluor and Eric value. The composition of the recycled fiber furnish is relatively complicated and contains some mechanical pulp fibers and undisintegrated fiber bundle, but the fibrillation rate of the fibers is quite high. |
