Abstract: |
It’s significant for saving energy in paper industry by optimizing the papermaking process and improving the energy efficiency of the papermaking process. Three optimization methods for papermaking process were presented in this paper, which were sequential modular approach based on module simulator, mathematical programming and “three-link” model of energy system. At the same time, these methods respectively were used in the process optimization of paper machine’s drying section, the operation optimization of CHP, and the wholly plant operation optimization of the entire paper mill’s energy systems, achieving their optimization goals correspondingly, it provided the possibilities of optimizing the unit operating conditions and papermaking process, and further energy saving of papermaking process. |
