Abstract: |
The fault vibration frequency spectrums from the off line vibration measuring system and the thermal images from the IR system of visual camera, as well as the theoretical analysis and examples’ verification were used to study the large amplitude vibration of machines, which was not caused by components’ or parts’ faults. It was indicated that misfit of driving power to machines could stimulate equipment vibration so that the equipment vibration became higher and the main frequency in spectrums was 1×RPM frequency. So power matching should be considered in equipment maintenance for changing the motors for fear lest the second fault appeared. |
