Abstract:
      Based on the investigation of horizontal tubular continuous digesterin pulping system, the design data distribution of charging and discharging tubes with large opening for horizontal tubular continuous digester were presented. The different wall thicknesses of connecting tube, reinforcement ring and reinforcement tube were adopted to optimize structural design. Using 3D finite element method software FEA Nozzle, the optimal structure size required was obtained for the opening structure. In the context of meeting the requirement of standard JB 4732—1995, reducing the wall thickness of the tubes and using reinforcement ring and reinforcement tube were of benefit to reduce the manufacture cost of digester.
