| Abstract: |
| The controlling of particle size of calcium hydroxide in slaking reaction system was investigated. The result showed that particle size of the calcium hydroxide was influenced by slaking process. The influence of the slaking temperature was higher than that of solid content of quick lime and the influence of stirring speed was the lowest. When stirring speed was 350 r/min, slaking temperature was 90℃ and quick lime solid content was 10%, the small particle size of the calcium hydroxide could be obtained. The apparent slaking rate increased significantly, and total temperature rising and slaking conversion rate increased with the decreasing of particle size of quick lime． |
