Abstract: |
The traditional external rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter had been improved in the measurement algorithm and the calibration method. The function of disturbance compensation had been added to the new transmitter as well. The operating principles, the system composition as well as the measurement algorithm of the improved external rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter had been introduced in the paper. With the measuring instrument being improved, a new measurement algorithm distinct from the conventional one has been proposed, which emphasized on elaborating the calibration of measurement process, the experiment processing and the calculation process. The experiment results showed that the measuring results of the improved external rotating-type pulp consistency transmitter were very close to the actual concentration value, which meaned the measurement error was much smaller. |
