Abstract: |
In this paper, off-line vibration monitoring system and vibration monitoring faults diagnosing system were used to measure high vibration of equipment on the basis of the foundation with unhealthy rigidity. The vibration frequency spectrums characteristic indicated that the amplitude mainly appeared in double RPM frequency and the amplitude in the horizontal direction was higher than other directions. Practice experience proved that the vibration could decrease effectually by enhancing the rigidity of foundation. |
