Abstract:
Four kinds of lignophenols (Lps) were prepared from native bamboo (Sinocalamus Affinis) lignin through phase separation system by introducing p-cresol, catechol, resorcinol and pyrogallol to benzyl position of lignin respectively. The resulted lignophenols were characterized by FT-IR,1H-NMR and GPC analysis, then they were blended separately with polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) to cast thin biocomposite films at room temperature and atm pressure. The mechanical properties of the films were tested by TG and tensile strength instrument. The results indicated that, at the present process condition, the optimum adding amount of lignophenols was less than or equal to 10%. At the same condition, the films which introduced catechol and resorcinol were more suitable for the development of composite films because of the better mechanical properties.
