Abstract:

This paper reported the application of TEMPO/NaBr/NaClO in papermaking.It summarized the influence of TEMPO-mediated oxidation on pulp fibers and papers. It also described the utilization of TEMPO-oxidized polysaccharide products and TEMPO-oxidized cellulose nanofibers (TOCNs) in papermaking.
