Abstract: |
Using paper surface property, printability performance and water resistance as evaluation indicator of the paper, the production process and the ratio of fiber raw materials of uncoated ink-jet printing paper were optimized through the multi-index orthogonal experiment, the range and variance analysis and SSR test were adopted to obtain the optimal manufacture conditions of uncoated ink-jet printing paper. The results showed that when 85∶15 of hardwood pulp to softwood pulp, 0.1% of sizing amount of AKD, 25% of filling amount of PCC and 3 MPa of calendaring pressure were applied, the comprehensive performance of the uncoated ink-jet printing paper could reach the best level. |
